Gür Metal is founded in 1990. The foundary is existing on an open area of 4444 sqm and closed area of 2640 (1740+900) sqm.
We are operating with 7 engineers, 12 administrative staff, 3 workers in tooling shop, 48 workers and 10 quality control staff, alltogether a team of 80 persons.
We are designing the tools by ourselves and producing most of them in our tooling shop. The casting capacity is 600 tons/year. About 30% is exported to Germany, France, Belgium and Holland.
The production is controlled by computerised system with a special program.
The delivery time is 6-8 weeks for samples and also 6-8 weeks for the first lot. The Quality Control Report (EN 10204) is issued for every shipment.

Sizes	Gauges and Measuring Instruments, Profile Projection

All the used instruments are calibrated. Also we are able to perform the crack-check. It is possible to ship the goods every Wednesday and Friday by track. The delivery time is max. 10 days to the address everywhere in Europe.

Our subcontracting activities are machining, special heat-treatments, x-ray and tool-making if necessary.
